Damn my chest is still pumped today.. I've never done supersets like that or half the exercises so I'm glad I could pause and rewind that youtube video about 30 times. Finally corrected how to actually target my upper chest, gunna build them up for the V-Necks haha. |
Done my first week with the videos. Thought it was kinda messed only training 4 days of the week then getting weekends off but now I know why.. Back, Biceps and Abs are still sore as hell. Start up again tomorrow with a new week and I'm actually excited to hit the gym for once… Gunna make this week even better than last. |
